When will I get my box?
We want to get your special pixie dust to you as quickly as possible.
Orders will ship within 5 days if items are in stock.
Pre-order items will ship 3-5 weeks or as soon as we receive the items. (Shipping is taking longer due to COVID restrictions.)
Will I know when my items ship?
Yes! We will send you an email when your items ship and provide you a tracking number.
What is included in my box?
With a box, we will state what types of items are included. However, part of the pixie dust is the element of surprise and mystery!!
The surprise box will come with items that can be used on a Disney Vacation. These boxes are the perfect way to announce that you are going to Disney. If you would like this item for an adult or teenager please email us! These in-stock boxes are centered around children, but we will customize for any age!
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be $10.00 per order unless otherwise stated.
Do we ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to continental United States.
What about shipping delays?
Shipping delays do happen. There is not much we can do to fix this issue. We will supply the tracking number and shipped date. You should be able to track your package. We are not responsible for delays.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes, of course you can. Somebody is going to be so excited!! Please email us to let us know if it is a gift. However, we do not include pricing inside the box or with the items. We are happy to include a personal note from you!
Special Request and Ideas?
We would love to hear from you. Also, we love to support other small businesses! Please contact us with special requests and ideas.
I have more than 1 child. Can I add extras inside my box?
Yes and No! Yes, on special celebration boxes. We are happy to make the box for multiple children. Please contact us for extra availability and pricing.
No, on limited time boxes. These boxes are made with a limited amount of items. Therefore, one box would be short if we pulled from it. Sorry!
What is our return policy for broken items?
In the rare event that something is broken inside your box, please contact us ASAP. Email is best. email@example.com Please make sure to include pictures of the broken item. We need them to file a shipping claim. We then need you to ship the broken items back to us. As soon as we receive the item, we will work our magic to make it right!
What if I want to return my box or item?
We want you to be just as excited as us to receive your pixie dust! However, there is a 40% restocking fee (not including shipping) and items must be returned to Pixie Dust 2 U in original condition.
We can not refund items that arrive to us after they have been washed or are not in resalable condition.
